Spinach Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Salad w/Walnuts and Goat Cheese

4 cup Spinach
5 tbsp Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
1/4 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Vinegar red wine
1 tbsp chopped Shallots

Recipe Directions for Spinach Salad w/Walnuts and Goat Cheese

  1. chop shallot, add olive oil and red wine viniger and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until salt is disolved

  2. Add to spinach slowly, top with goat cheese and toasted walnuts
