Raw spinach instead of lettuce is a better tasting and looking salad. A lot richer in nutrients too! Can still add other fresh vegetables to diversify. I use a roasted sweet pepper and garlic vinaigrette that is only 15 calories for 2 tbsp.

80 g tomato, raw
174 g english cucumber
120 g mushrooms, raw

Cut, slice, and toss. Add chicken, turkey or tuna for a low-calorie main dish.
