Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

150 grams tomato, wedges
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp black pepper, fresh ground
1/16 tsp kosher salt, coarse

Recipe Directions for Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Place spinach strips on bottom of plate.

  2. Place wedges on top.

  3. Sprinkle lemon juice and then vinegar onto tomato wedges.

  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto tomato wedges.

  5. Enjoy.
