1 1/2 c. spinach, roughly chopped
1/4 c. grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. yam, diced
1/4 c. avocado, diced
1 tbsp. feta cheese
1/2 fl. oz. lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Spinach Salad #1

  1. Roughly chop or cut spinach.

  2. Cut grapes in half.

  3. Dice yam, and steam.

  4. Dice avocado.

  5. Toss spinach, grapes, yam, and avocado together with feta.

  6. Top with lemon juice as dressing.
