A great "perfect meatloaf pan" recipe with my twist

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Ricotta stuffed meatloaf

1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey
2 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 cup spinach
3/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp basil
3/4 cup pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Ricotta stuffed meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. in med bowl, mix parm, ricotta, & spinach set aside

  3. in large bowl mix all other items, except 1/2 of hte basil and the all of the pasta sauce

  4. place 2/3 of the meat in the bottom of pan, create a well for the cheese.

  5. put the cheese/spinach mix in the well.

  6. top with the remaining meat mix.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes

  8. take pan out, top with spaghetti sauce and remaining basil

  9. put back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes more.
