Spinach and Ricotta Sausage Rolls

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Ricotta Sausage Rolls

250 grams Aldi Frozen Spinach
500 grams Mama Lucia Low Fat Ricotta
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
3 serving Aldi Frozen Puff Pastry Sheet

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Ricotta Sausage Rolls

  1. Thaw Spinach and squeeze out excess water.

  2. In a large bowl Mix together Ricotta and Spinach.

  3. Add Egg and Parmesan Cheese.

  4. Divide 3 Pastry sheets into half (Making 6 sheets).

  5. Divide mixture into 6 and spread down the middle of the pastry sheets and roll.

  6. Use a little water to seal the edge and cut the "sausage" in half.

  7. Place on greased trays and bake in a moderate oven (230 celcius) for 30 minutes or until golden.

  8. Serve with Salad or on their own.
