Boil Pasta to desired texture cook baby spinach in separate pan drain pasta leaving 1/2 cup of starch water in pan, toss in margarine, ricotta cheese, and percino romano cheese, salt and pepper to desired taste. Serve and Enjoy.

3 cups spinach
1/2 cup cheese
2 tablespoons margarine
1 lb whole wheat pasta
