Yummy spinach and ricotta bake with mozz. cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Ricotta Bake

1 lb pasta noodles, cooked
27 oz canned spinach
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 lb pork sausage
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach Ricotta Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Follow package instructions to prepare pasta noodles. Drain.

  3. Drain spinach, cream together with ricotta.

  4. Spoon about 1 cup of the marinara into the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish.

  5. Poor pasta noodles in.

  6. Spoon spinach mixture over pasta.

  7. Spoon the remaineder of the marinara over that.

  8. Slice mozzarella cheese and push down into casserole all over.

  9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dish.

  10. Bake in over for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
