Spincah with lentils - Vegetarian

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach with rice and lentils

1 cup rice, uncooked
1 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp lentil, uncooked
3 cups spinach, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chick peas
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp tamarind paste
3 dry pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach with rice and lentils

  1. cook rice and lentils

  2. boil water with tamarind paste

  3. add salt and turmeric

  4. add chopped spinach

  5. allow to boil

  6. add cooked lentil

  7. saute chick peas, coriander and red chili in 1 tsp olive oil

  8. grind to powder

  9. add powder to the boiling spinach

  10. mix with rice
