Power smoothie for after a workout!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Protein Power Smoothie

8 fl oz Vanilla
1 serving Garden of Life Raw Protein (vanilla)
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Mixed Berries
3/4 cup Sliced Peaches

Recipe Directions for Spinach Protein Power Smoothie

Put ingredients plus a few cubes of ice and a quarter cup of water in a blender. Blend thoroughly. You may want to grind the flaxseed before putting it in the blender so it's not as gritty when you drink it.
