Homemade pizza dough! Yummy and quick, and everyone can pick their own toppings!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pizza

3 1/4 cups flour
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp yeast
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz mozzarella
1 cup spinach
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pizza

  2. 2 tbsp canola oil

  3. 1 tsp yeast

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1/4 tsp salt

  6. 12 oz mozzarella

  7. 1 cup spinach

  8. Directions

  9. Combine 1 1/4 cups flour with yeast and salt.

  10. Add oil and water (water should be between 120 and 130 degrees F)

  11. Beat on low speed 30 seconds in mixing bowl, scraping sides.

  12. Beat on high speed 3 minutes.

  13. Add as much of remaining flour as you can to mixer, until ball forms.

  14. Cover with towel and let rest 10 minutes.

  15. Preheat oven to 425.

  16. Grease each pan, and sprinkle with cornmeal if desired.

  17. Split dough in half, roll out (on lightly floured surface) each half to fit rectangular pan, pushing up to form shallow crust.

  18. Poke holes all over each crust.

  19. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

  20. Add toppings as desired (we use spaghetti sauce, about 3/4 cup per pizza, plus veggies, pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella slices) and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly.
