Recipe Ingredients for spinach pies - 1/2 pie

3 cups white whole wheat flour
3 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach
2 cups onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for spinach pies - 1/2 pie

Put the 1st 4 ingredients in breadmaker dough cycle with about 1 cup water. While it's going, carmelize the onions, sautee the spinach, and when cooled stir together with cheeses. Add some dill and pepper if you like. Cut the dough into 8 equal portions, roll into squares, fill with about 1/2 cup of stuffing, then fold in the corners and seal the edges together (makes a kind of x across the top). Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
