Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pesto

70 g baby spinach leaves
55 g (1/3 cup) toasted pine nuts
45 g (1/2 cup) finely shredded parmesan
1 garlic clove, crushed
60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pesto

  1. Place the spinach, pine nuts, parmesan, garlic and oil in the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Or better to burn calories, use a mortar & pestle.
