Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pasta Toss

6 oz. ronzoni pasta
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
9 oz. baby spinach
1 cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pasta Toss

  1. Bring pasta, water, and tomatoes to a boil.

  2. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  3. Add 1/2 of the spinach to the pasta and simmer 2 minutes.

  4. Add the rest of the spinach and simmer 2 minutes.

  5. When the spinach is done, add the cheese, stir and eat.
