Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pasta Shells

5 oz Pasta Shells
10 oz Frozen Spinach
1 tbsp Olive Oil
7 clove Garlic
1 tsp Red Pepper
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pasta Shells

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt.

  2. Defrost spinach in microwave. Squeeze all liquid out.

  3. Saute' garlic & red pepper flakes in skillet with 1 Tbsp olive oil, til garlic is browned, add spinach & continue to saute' over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  4. Drain pasta. Add spinach & Parmesan cheese. Toss & serve.
