Pasta made with spinach instead of eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pasta

1 cup Spinach
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pasta

  1. Steam 1 cup spinach

  2. Extract as much water as possible from cooked spinach, and cut as fine as possible.

  3. Put Flour and Salt in Food Processor.

  4. Slowly add Spinach until consistency of Couscous.

  5. Take out of food processor, form log, and cut into 5 even peices.

  6. Wrap extra peices in plastic wrap.

  7. Run each piece through a pasta machine until desired consistency and thickness reached.

  8. Boil prepared pasta uncoverd, in salted water, for 2-3 minutes.
