Easy, tasty and the recipe can't be more healthier than this. If you are craving fried foods these pancakes would satisfy even the greasiest craving. Use two eggs or else this recipe will be floury and too thick.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Pancakes!

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
10 ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach Pancakes!

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together flour and eggs. Stir in spinach, and season with salt and pepper to taste and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Drop spinach mixture into the oil by the spoonful, and flatten into patties. Cook until browned on both sides. Remove to paper towels to drain. Serve warm.
