2 ounces baby spinach
1 container mandarin oranges in juice
1 tablespoon pecan pieces, toasted
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon reduced fat Blue Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach, Orange, Cranberry & Pecan Salad

Trim and wash spinach, if needed. Toast nuts lightly. Toss together all ingredients with dressing of choice.
