2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Spinach
1 onion Spanish Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Onion Omelette

Saute a quarter of a spanish onion with a tablespoon of olive oil for 5-10 mins. Add 1 cup of fresh spinach and cook for 5 more mins. Prepare omelette and add the onions and spinach on top.
