Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Omelette

0.7 cup AllWhites
1 cup Spinach
1 slice Cheese
0.25 cup, chopped or diced Onions
10 spray I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray
1 serving Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach Omelette

  1. Coat pan with butter spray.

  2. Sautee spinach and onions over medium heat.

  3. Add egg whites and stir after edges start to cook.

  4. Once eggs are almost fully cooked, tear cheese into strips, topeggs, remove from heat, and allow to melt.

  5. Season to taste with cayenne pepper.
