This omelet is great, easy to make and healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Omelet

4 eggs, large
1 1/2 cup Spinach, fresh, chopped
1/3 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tbsp Milk, 2%
20 grams Cheddar Cheese, white, shredded
1/4 tsp black pepper, fresh ground
1/2 tomato
1 clove garlic
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach Omelet

  1. Chop the spinach, dice the tomatoes and set aside.

  2. Beat the eggs with the milk with fork and set aside.

  3. Heat an omelet pan with the butter, cook the garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

  4. Add chopped Spinach with a teaspoon of water, cover and lower the heat. Cook for about 2 minutes until spinach is wilted.

  5. Pour the egg batter in the pan, bring the heat back to medium. Add freshly ground pepper, salt and diced tomatoes.

  6. Mix it in the pan until slightly moist. Don't let it dry.

  7. Add Cheese on top and serve.
