Cheese Omelet over spinach topped with Salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Omelet

1 1/2 cups spinach
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon 1% milk
1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Salsa

Recipe Directions for Spinach Omelet

  1. Microwave Ready Pac Spinach as directed

  2. Spray pan with Pam. Mix two eggs with milk. Add to pan.

  3. Let set. Add cheese to one side.

  4. Flip one half of side over other.

  5. Place on top of Spinach, top with Salsa
