Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Omelet

1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
90 grams Spinach
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
6 clove Garlic
3 grams Oil, canola
50 grams Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
20 grams Cheese Parmesan Grated

Recipe Directions for Spinach Omelet

  1. cook the onion and garlic in a saute pan with 3 sprays of canola oil, once starting to become tender add spinach and sesame oil. Cook til spinach is starting to wilt, take off stove and reserve. Add cooked black beans to the spinach mixture.

  2. put eggs and whites in a bowl and whisk together. put frying pan on stove (use good quality nonstick) light spritz of spray canola oil and heat to medium. pour in eggs and cook til just about set, top with spinach mix and fold over. sprinkle with parmesan, remove from heat and cover for 3 minutes.

  3. Enjoy
