Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Omelet Meal

2 large Egg, White
1 medium Egg, Whole
2 cup Spinach
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 roll Sandwich Thin
0.5 Tbsp 37% Light Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Spinach Omelet Meal

cook spinach in skillet. beat egg with egg whites and a tablespoon on skim milk and pepper to taste. add spinach to egg mixture. cook in pam sprayed skillet until set. flip and finish cooking. spread cheese over half of circle. fold egg over to make omelet. serve with a sandwich thin toasted with 1/2 tablespoon of smart balance light spread.
