Recipe Ingredients for spinach omelet - egg beaters

1/2 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for spinach omelet - egg beaters

saute garlic & onions in olive oil. When onions are clear add the spinach. When spinach is wilted remove from the pan. Cook the egg beaters in same pan. Scatter spinach mixure on top. turn and add cheese. cook until egg beaters are set & firm.
