1 cup Spinach 1/2 cup green bell pepper 1/2 cup cucumbers 8 grape tomatoes 1/4 cup black olives 1/4 cup green olives 1/4 cup scallions 1/4 cup walnuts 2 TBSP - Newman's Own Garlic Light Balsalmic dressing 2 oz of Tyson Boneless/Skinless chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Olive Salad w/ Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Newmans Own Lighten Up Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 cup Spinach
4 oz Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 oz Grape Tomatoes
8 small Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
5 olives Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Olive Salad w/ Chicken Breast

Cook Chicken Breast according to package & cut into small cubes. Chop all vegetables & toss in a bowl with dressing (2 TBSP). Add cooked Chicken Breast cubes to already tossed salad, sprinkle walnuts on top & serve.
