Recipe Ingredients for Spinach with Mushrroms and Pine Nuts

12 oz spinach
2 tsp olive oil
10 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp pine nuts

Recipe Directions for Spinach with Mushrroms and Pine Nuts

  1. Steam the spinach just until wilted.

  2. Saute the mushrooms in the oil. Add the pine nuts and continue cooking for another 30 seconds or so.

  3. Add the spinach to the mushroom mixture. Stir the vegetables together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
