2 (20g) slices Swiss cheese
4 mushrooms
2 eggs
1 oz organic fat-free milk
40 g spinach
1/4 tomato

Recipe Directions for spinach and mushroon omlette

  1. 1. Saute mushrooms

  2. 2. Mix eggs and milk

  3. 3. Pour into heated skillet, cook on medium-high for about five minutes

  4. 4. Add cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes.

  5. 5. Remove from heat

  6. 6. Flip over and allow cheese to melt
