Recipe Ingredients for Spinach - Mushroom Sautee

1 lb fresh spinach
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Spinach - Mushroom Sautee

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sautee until soft.

  2. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms soften. Remove onion and mushrooms from pan and add spinach to the pan, cooking until spinach is wilted. Add mushrooms back into the pan, combining well.
