Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Mushroom Saute

2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Fat Free
2 tbsp. chicken broth
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb spinach
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Mushroom Saute

  1. HEAT ICBN Butter and broth in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender.

  2. ADD spinach; cook and stir on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.

  3. STIR in salt. note: you can sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan if desired.
