This is a very flavorful side dish to any protein with loads of vitamins.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Mushroom Saute'

12 oz. chopped spinach
1 cup fresh mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 small roma tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. celery salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Mushroom Saute'

Pour olive oil in large skillet pan and saute' onions & garlic til tender. Add in other ingredients and stir often for about 15 minutes. I used frozen chopped spinach, but you could problably use fresh as well.
