Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Mushroom-Sausage Fritatta

2 cups Spinach
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
2 eggs, large
2 tbs Feta cheese
2 tbs Red onion
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 sausage links, Chef Bruce Aidells, Chicken & Apple Sausage

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Mushroom-Sausage Fritatta

Saute all of your vegetables in 1 tbs olive oil. Drain after cooking. Beat the eggs water and seasoning poor into a large skillet. In the mean time, saute the Chicken apple sausage (cut into small pieces). Pour the veggies, cheese and sausages evenly over the egg Mixture. Over medium heat, cook until firm on bottom. You can put a lid over it to cook the top or you can flip it (your preference) serve warm
