Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Mushroom

3 oz spinach
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/3 cup tomato
1/2 cup onions

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Mushroom

Dice onions and place into hot pan with olive oil. Slice mushrooms of choice and place into pan with onions, Add ginger, salt and pepper about 1/2 tsp of each. Add diced tomatoes and spinach and cook around low/medium.
