Recipe Ingredients for Spinach/Mushroom Quiche

216 grams Pillsbury Pie Crust
453.59 grams Fat Free Half and Half
200 grams Eggs (4)
250 grams (1 Cup) Canned Mushrooms
10 oz Frozen Spinach
1 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach/Mushroom Quiche

  1. Unroll pie crust into pan.

  2. On bottom, put 1 cup of shredded cheese. Thaw and drain spinach. Place on cheese. Add 1 can mushrooms. Mix in half and half and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
