Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Mushroom Pasta Toss

6 ounces Organic Whole Wheat Penne
0.3 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 oz Portobello Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach Mushroom Pasta Toss

Cook pasta according to directions. Slice onion into rings, slice small portabella mushrooms, and saute in oils. When onions and mushrooms are nearly done, add spinach to wilt. Drain pasta and add to pan. Add cheese and a little bit of pasta water, mix, and serve. If desired, sprinkle with a little bit more cheese and a tiny drizzle of olive oil
