An easy, quick, Meatless Monday meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Mushroom Pasta

2 1/4 cup Creamed Spinach
4 serving HEB Garden Farfalle
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 oz cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Mushroom Pasta

Cook spinach according to package directions. Boil pasta until al dente then add to a large skillet with spinach and all other ingredients. Heat all the way through. Add black pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. I don't recommend any salt as the spinach is high in sodium as is.
