Spinach & Mushroom Omelette with cheddar cheese and organic eggs, low fat, low salt turkey bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Mushroom Omelette

2 eggs
1/6 cup cheddar cheese
2 mushrooms
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Mushroom Omelette

  1. Fry up two slices bacon.

  2. Fry mushrooms and spinach with a little salt.

  3. Prepare eggs with salt & pepper and a little Tabasco, whisk in bowl.

  4. Chop up bacon, mushrooms and spinach, set aside.

  5. Pour eggs into frying pan.

  6. Cover to set

  7. Grate cheese over eggs and add spinach, mushrooms onto one half.

  8. Fold over and serve.
