Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Mushroom Omelet

2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 oz Spinach
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Mushroom Omelet

  1. Beat eggs and set aside

  2. Saute spinach and mushrooms together with oil

  3. Add eggs and cook until bottom firms up

  4. Gently lift the bottom so the rest of the egg can run underneath and cook

  5. once firm, fold egg mixture in half and transfer to a plate. Serve immediately
