Yummy alternative to traditional breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Mushroom Fritta

10 ounce Spinach
8 egg whites
1 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 tsp. italian seasonings

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Mushroom Fritta

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Spray 9 inch pie pan with Pam. Place mix in pan and back for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Drizzle a little plain tomato sauce on each serving. Serves 6
