52 4/5 grams Onions
8 1/2 grams Egg, Yolk
4 cup Spinach
1 serving Margarine, Olivina
60 grams (PC) Goat Feta
1 large(33 g) Egg, White
1 serving Lighthouse Light Dilly Dip

Recipe Directions for Spinach Mushroom Fritatta 1 yolk

Mix dressing water and eggs. Stir fry vegies with Olivina. Add egg mixture, Cook on stove till almost set. Crumble Feta on top, stick in oven under broiler til browned and puffy
