Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Mung Bean Curry

4 cup Spinach
1 cup Mung Bean
1/2 large Onion, diced
1 large Tomato, diced
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach Mung Bean Curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when crackels add onions and spinach saute well then add the tomates and cook for a min.

  2. Add cooked dhal and some water, then add the red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

  3. Allow to boil for 5 mins.

  4. Serve hot with rice or Roti.
