This serving is 2 stuffed tubes, without sauce. You will need to add sauce separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Manicotti

8 oz manicotti
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups frozen spinach
2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Spinach Manicotti

  1. Boil pasta.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of mozzarella, and stuff into tubes.

  3. Cover with sauce of your choice and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
