Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Loaf

20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 T. whole grain flour
2 oz. velveeta cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Loaf

  1. Mix first three ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  3. Optional: Melt velveeta over top just before serving.
