Spinach, lentil and bacon stew. Would also work as a pasta sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach lentils

180 grams Lentils
82 grams Bacon
3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 tsp Bouillon
200 grams Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach lentils

Chop onion, garlic and bacon. Fry them in the butter until onions go translucent and soft. Wash the lentils, then add them to the pot. Add the water, bring the pot to the boil, turn down and simmer for 25 minutes until lentils are cooked. Add spinach to hot pot before serving.
