Recipe Ingredients for Spinach, lentil and mushroom pancakes

3 oz lentils
2 tbsp oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
6 oz mushrooms
1 tbsp tomato puree
450 g spinach
1/2 oz butter
1 oz butter
1 oz flour
1 pint soya milk
86 g cheese
4 oz flour
2 eggs
7 fl oz soya milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach, lentil and mushroom pancakes

  1. cook lentils

  2. fry onion and garlic and mushrooms

  3. add cooked lentil and tomato puree to onions

  4. wilt spinach and add butter

  5. make pancake mix

  6. make white sauce

  7. put spinach mix in one pancake and lentil mix in other for each person and drizel with white sauce - top with cheese and bake in oven
