Italian inspired roll-ups are fast and fun. good for both family dinners and a special occasion.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach lasagna roll-ups

10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
30 oz tomato sauce
127 1/2 g pasta noodles

Recipe Directions for Spinach lasagna roll-ups

  1. in bowl combine spinach, mozza, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan and egg. spread 1/6 of mixture over each of 6 cooked drained lasagna noodles. roll up and secure with toothpick. place seam side down in an 11" x 7" baking dish coated with cooking spray.

  2. cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. remove from fridge 30 min before baking. pour tomato sauce over roll-ups. cover and bake at 350 for 33-38min or until bubbly.

  4. sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

  5. serve
