A new way to use lasagna noodles that tastes delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Lasagna Roll-ups

2 oz. Ranch Dressing Mix
12 oz lasagna noodles
16 oz fat-free cream cheese
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 c shredded chicken
15 oz tomato sauce
3/4 c 1% milk
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Lasagna Roll-ups

  1. Cook lasagna according to package directions; rinse and drain.

  2. Place noodles on a flat, oiled surface.

  3. Combine the dressing mix with cream cheese.

  4. Mix half of mixture with spinach and chicken.

  5. Spread 2 tablespoons of spinach mixtrue over each noodle.

  6. Roll up each noode and place seam side down in a greased, 9x13 inch pan.

  7. Whish tomato sauce and milk into remaining cream cheese mixture. When smooth, pour sauce over roll-ups.

  8. Cover wil foil and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, cover loosely and bake 10 minutes.
