Low-calorie spinach lasagna (modified from a recipe found on the back of a can of Del Monte Leaf Spinach).

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Lasagna

9 sheets Pasta Lasagne
12 oz Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
26 oz Spinach
15 oz Low Fat Ricotta
2 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Lasagna

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

  2. Cook crumbles with tomatoes in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes. Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid, and blend with the ricotta cheese.

  3. Layer 3 noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/3 tomato mixture, and 1/3 mozzarella in a 9"x13" baking dish. Repeat, ending with noodles, tomatoes and cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
