Lasagna with spinach, ricotta cheese and Bechamel sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Lasagna

2 cups Flour
4 Eggs
28 ounce Can Tomatoes
5 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 lb Spinach
1/2 lb Ricotta Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp Butter
2 cups Milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach Lasagna

  1. Make fresh pasta sheets from 2 cups flour and 4 eggs.

  2. To make tomato sauce: cook 5 cloves of garlic in 1/4 cup oil, add tomatoes and their juice and cook for 15 min.

  3. To make Bechamel sauce: melt 3 tablespoons butter, stir in 3 tablespoons flour, wisk 2 cups of milk.

  4. Cook spinach, squeeze liquid, and mix with ricotta cheese.

  5. Assemble lasagna to have 7 layers of pasta, 3 with ricotta, 2 with tomato sauce, and 2 with bechamel sauce.

  6. Bake 400 deg with foil paper, than sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and bake for another 10 min uncovered.
