3 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Semi Skimmed Milk
120 grams Goat, Hard Type Cheese
260 grams Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Goat Cheese Fritata

  1. Steam spinach a little, put in dish lined with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk and pepper then pour over spinach.

  3. Top with cheese then bake at 170C for 40 minutes.
